Data Deletion Instructions
SIMPAN does not require an account. Your data is associated with a random device identifier.
Delete all data in the Android app
- Open SIMPAN.
- Open Backup & Data.
- Select Delete All My Data.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Delete all data on the web app
- Open simpan.vidora.online on the device/browser containing your SIMPAN data.
- Open Backup & Data.
- Select Delete All My Data.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
This action is permanent. It removes the current device record, notification token and all saved items associated with that SIMPAN device from the active database.
If you want to keep a copy first, use Export Backup JSON before deleting your data.
Routine operational backups may retain deleted records temporarily until those backups rotate or expire.
